Q: Where did the name "$urveyMillionaire.com"
come from?
A: It's just a catchy name! We did NOT become millionaires from
taking surveys. In fact, the chances of anyone becoming a millionaire from
taking surveys is slim to none. As said in the review on our home page,
paid surveys are about small amounts of your
time for good money NOT small amounts of your time for instant riches.
Q: How much should I expect to get paid from
taking Paid Surveys?
A: The amount will vary, some surveys will pay $5-10 where others will
pay up to $75. You should also look for the opportunity to participate in "focus
groups" which often pay up to $150 for approx. 2 hours of your time.
Q: Who typically pay's the person taking the survey?
A: That person should get paid directly from the company sponsoring the
opportunity. You don't want to rely on one company for
your paycheck. Most surveys are sponsored by large, very reputable companies
that you already know. You can rest assured they pay or people wouldn't still be
participating in their surveys.
Q: When should I (the person
taking the survey) know the details of each
survey, i.e. pay, type of survey, etc.
A: Don't take a survey unless you know all of the necessary details before
you begin. Legitimate companies want you to know everything up front.
Q: How soon will participators be offered surveys?
A: You should be offered surveys right away! The surveys you will be
offered are based on a profile that you complete when you first sign up. You
will be sent surveys that you fit the criteria for. For example, companies won't
send a survey about cosmetics to a male participant. As soon as you complete your personal
profile, you should begin receiving offers.
Q: Should I expect any kind of guarantee
from the companies I sign up with?
A: Absolutely, reputable survey companies will refund 100% of your
sign-up fee if you are not happy. A good guarantee is approx. 60 days. We have found that
legitimate companies have nothing to fear. Offering a 100% money back guarantees don't cost
them much if they're good.
Q: What is a typical joining or
sign-up fee?
A: Right now, from $34.95 to $79.99. Statistics show that the average
person makes that fee back with the first 2-3 surveys and 45 minutes of time. We
recommend you pay it and get going. You will make so much more money by signing
up with a "Survey Company" than if you were to approach each company
individually.
Q: Will I have to pay a monthly fee
to work with a Survey Company?
A: We say NO! The reputable Survey Companies will charge you a one-time fee.
Although much of the process is automated, that fee is typically to cover the
large overhead they have compiling the lists of surveys, processing them, paying
their customer service reps,
obtaining new contracts, etc.
